The calm and ambient nature of ‘Obscura’ is achieved with a time lapsed and fractured video manipulation whereby the sky-scape is serenely offset with organ piano audio as accompaniment. The work is humanities view and interrelationship with the natural or spiritual environment. Yellow lit evening sky’s are offset by calming blue’s and interspersed with the occasional brilliant deeper orange-red sunsets in an arrangement which highlights the control of colour as a choreographer of light.
